color: #050505; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ".SFNSText-Regular", sans-serif; font-size: 15px; margin: 0.5em 0px 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap;"><div dir="auto" style="font-family: inherit;">其實聽聞鐘聲也有另一個意涵:「喚醒沈睡的心」。昨天有位臉友問我,我在文章裡提到「自動導航的過日子」是什麼意思呢?</div><div dir="auto" style="font-family: inherit;">我回答他:自動導航的模式就是沒有知覺、覺察的活著,自動而不假思索地把事情完成「自動模式」(Autopilot),用慣性思維和慣性行為模式來回應所有的事。活得像行屍走肉般的沒有察覺,心不在焉,心不在當下。</div></div><div class="x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a" style="caret-color: rgb(5, 5, 5); color: #050505; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ".SFNSText-Regular", sans-serif; font-size: 15px; margin: 0.5em 0px 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap;"><div dir="auto" style="font-family: inherit;">對於剛剛吃了什麼、做了什麼,頂多只是略知個大概,至於細節則全然無知,因為在做這些事的當下,習慣在頭腦想東想西或心不在焉,並沒有留意當下正在做的事,只是習慣性的自動完成而已。所以稱為自動導航(從飛機自動駕駛延伸出來的)。</div></div><div class="x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a" style="caret-color: rgb(5, 5, 5); color: #050505; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ".SFNSText-Regular", sans-serif; font-size: 15px; margin: 0.5em 0px 0px; overflow-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap;"><div dir="auto" style="font-family: inherit;">就像每天去上班、上課,不論是開車、走路、搭捷運、騎摩托車等,都是慣性自動導航的動作,心其實並不在當下(可能是想東想西、看手機),所以對周遭人事物會視而不見。如果問他路上看到了什麼?聞到什麼?聽到什麼?其實都不記得了。真正的原因並不是不記得,而是根本沒有用心在當下,所以不曾留意到。 </div></div><div class="x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a" style="caret-color: rgb(5, 5, 5); font-family: inherit, serif; font-size: 11.5pt;"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: 新細明體, serif; margin: 0cm;"><span style="color: #050505; font-size: 11.5pt;">回家團圓最好家事大家一起分擔、一起做,感情會更好。不要期待媳婦得負擔所有的事,每個人都可以主動負責一些,輪流洗碗、煮飯、清掃、切水果、泡茶等等。長輩可以帶頭做起,盡量不要擺長輩的架子,這樣跟晚輩才不會有衝突、代溝和距離。如果家務事都留給晚輩或媳婦來做、還對他們叨叨唸(下指導棋或倚老賣老),這樣年輕的一代就不會願意回家或回夫家過年了。畢竟現代的年輕人有自己的想法和做法,即使他們經驗不足,也要讓孩子自己學習和累積經驗。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="color: #050505;
